RESOLUTION NO. 63'9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LID 210
BY THE SEGREGATION OF THE ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
PARCEL 30.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds has confirmed the final
assessment roll of LID 210, and
WHEREAS, the owner of a certain parcel in LID 210
described on attached Exhibit A, by this reference incorporated
as fully as if herein set forth, with current assessments as
detailed in Exhibit A, has made application to the City to
segregate said assessments against parcel 30, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has presented to the .City staff
proper evidence of the legal subdivision of said parcel in
accordance with the laws of the City and the State of Washington,
and
WHEREAS, said subdivision has occurred prior to the
date of preparation of the final assessment roll and that the
failure to initially segregate said parcel was through no fault
of the applicant. The Council therefore.finds that it is not
appropriate to require as a condition of the order of segregation
that applicant pay to the City any reasonable engineering or
clerical costs incident to making the segregation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such segregation
will not impair the security of the lien for such assessment nor
reduce the security for any outstanding local improvement
district obligations payable from such assessment, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The City Council hereby orders the City
Clerk and Finance Director to segregate on final assessment roll
of LID 210 the assessments and parcels as shown on attached
Exhibit A.
Section 2. In all other respects the final assessment
roll of LID 210 is hereby confirmed and shall remain in full
force and effect.
