RE: PLANNING INSPECTION CORRECTION #2 FOR PLAN CHECK # BLD -2013-0796
SIGN PERMIT AT 23726100TH AVE. W
Dear Mr. Laukkonen,
On or about October 2, 2013, you received a copy of a letter requesting corrections to the
subject sign permit (enclosed). A response has not been received. The building permit expires
on February 8, 2014 so corrections need to made quickly to bring the site into compliance with
the approved permit.
It is noted that the poles are still in place from the old pole sign and now temporary signs are
being mounted on them (enclosed). As a condition of approval of the subject building permit,
the sign and those poles must be removed. Further, it is noted that the sign letters are being
illuminated; this is not in compliance with the permit which identified non -lit channel letters for
the canopy (enclosed).
Please remove the two poles and contact me for a re -inspection. Also, the lighting of the sign
letters is prohibited.
