Dear Tracie,
I performed an inspection today on behalf of the Planning Division for the above building
permit. A condition of approval was added to the permit that required the existing pole sign on
the site to be removed in order to permit the lettering on the canopy. The pole sign has only
been partially removed; the 'sign' portion is gone but the 'poles' are still there. The whole
structure is the 'pole sign' and therefore both of the poles must be removed as well.
Please remove the two poles and contact me for a re -inspection.
