Please submit a reduced-size site plan for archiving. Lot Area: Please provide the lot area, which will be used in the lot coverage calculations. 2. Lot Coverage: 3. Please provide the existing lot coverage of the site (the building footprint area of the school buildings) so we can make sure that the new storage sheds do not make this figure exceed the 35% maximum for the entire site. Plans (Sheet G0.1): 4. a.Please change the maximum building height to 15 feet (currently it says 25 feet). b.Please change all required setbacks to 25 feet (pursuant to ECDC 17.100.050.H). c.Please change the building area to 180 square feet (currently it says 163 square feet). Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
