Please submit a reduced-size site plan for archiving. <br />Lot Area: <br /> Please provide the lot area, which will be used in the lot coverage calculations. <br />2. <br />Lot Coverage: <br />3. Please provide the existing lot coverage of the site (the building footprint area of the <br />school buildings) so we can make sure that the new storage sheds do not make this figure exceed the <br />35% maximum for the entire site. <br />Plans (Sheet G0.1): <br />4. <br />a.Please change the maximum building height to 15 feet (currently it says 25 feet). <br />b.Please change all required setbacks to 25 feet (pursuant to ECDC 17.100.050.H). <br />c.Please change the building area to 180 square feet (currently it says 163 square feet). <br />Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit three sets of revised plans/documents <br />(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to <br />the Development Services Permit Coordinator (Theresa Umbaugh) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon <br />or 1pm to 4pm.
