During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please provide the following information on the site plan:
Dimension parking stalls to be a minimum of 8 ½ x 16 ½
Dimension drive aisles to be a minimum of 24 for 2-way traffic.
Provide inside and outside radius dimensions for bus loop.
Show locations for all proposed signage.
2.Indicate the slope of the parking lot. The parking lot slope shall not exceed 6%.
3.Will there be any storm drainage systems added into the parking lot?
4.Where will the surface water flows from the parking lot drain to?
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
