During re -review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and
where changes can be found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa
Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator.
1. Since you have now chosen to not use WAC 51-50 3409.6 exception 1 for accessible upgrades,
clearly show on the site plan and floor plan for each building that the accessible route complies
to current code (except rooms which are not required to be accessible such as storage and janitor
rooms).
1f you do choose to use WAC 51-50-3409.6 exception 1 as noted in your response letter dated
May 7, 2007, please refer to Building Official letter dated May 10, 2007 for outstanding items.
