Project: ESD playfields Phase 1
Project Address: 23200 100th Avenue W
During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
clouded or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may
result in additional comments.
On sheet F-1.0:
1.Site Overview Provide a detail indicating the required design and construction per IBC
1604.1 for the field lighting support bases represented at various locations around both
playfields. Work associated with the electrical system for the field lighting is to be
completed under a separate permit obtained through the Washington State Department of
Labor & Industries.
On sheet F-1.1:
2.Layout Plan South Phase 1
a.Indicate on the plans that the walkway represented along the east side of the
playfield is connected to, or will provide, the required accessible route per IBC
1103.1.
b.Indicate on the plans that the bleachers/portable spectator seating represented along
the north side and the southeast corner of the playfield comply with ICC 300 per IBC
1028.1.1.
c.Indicate on the plans that any team or player seating provided in the dugouts
represented along the northeast and southeast corners of the playfield have at least
one wheelchair space required per IBC 1108.2.2.4.
