During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
`clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may
result in additional comments.
On sheet F0.0 — Cover Sheet:
Sheet Index — Add sheet `F2.7 — Site Details'.
On sheet F-1.4 — Washwater & Irrigation Plan South Phase 1:
2. Indicate on the plans the required installation of a cross -connection control (similar to that
represented on sheet `F-2.3' detail `5') per Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) 603.
On sheet E2.1— Electrical Details:
3. Details 1 and 2 — Floodlight Pole Details — Indicate on the plans the required width and
depth of the pole foundations to guide proper review, construction, and inspection. The
calculations to be provided by a licensed structural engineer registered in the State of
Washington referenced by mark `4' in the `Flag Notes' could not be found among the
provided construction documents.
