As a follow up to your comments received from Chuck Miller, Plans Examiner as well as other
modifications to the documents, please see the attached revised storm drainage technical
report and revised drawings for the proposed improvements.
A specific response is attached from LPD Engineering, relate to issues of the storm drainage
system.
On Sheet F0.0 — Cover Sheet: A series of drawings have been added, including F-2.7 — Site
Details
On Sheet F-1.4 and F -1.4A: Backflow Prevention devices are indicated for the
irrigation/washwater service, as well as a new drinking fountain.
On Sheet E-2.1: Specific requirements for pole foundation will be subject to a deferred
submittal, should electrical improvements be awarded. They are currently indicated as an
Additive Alternate Bid Item, and depending upon the contractors selected system specific
structural design of poles and foundations will be forthcoming from a vendor, however signed
by a licensed engineer. Subsequent submittal for approval for those specific elements should
the alternate for lighting be awarded.,
