I do hope that this summary, <br />along with the "clouds" and Revision Delta No. 2 on the Drawings will help you to quickly identify the <br />changes made. <br />Item No. 1: <br />I have reformatted the Cover Sheet A-1 to remove the Site Plan per request by Linda <br />Thornquist and Mike Clugston in Planning. <br />The new Sheet SP is the location for the Site Plan exhibit at 1" = 10'-0" scale. The changes to <br />the Site Plan include: <br />a.) New Trash Enclosure location and identification of Details as shown on Sheet A-11. <br />b.) New Notes regarding location of striped, "No Parking - Fire Lane" areas. <br />c.) References to Landscape Plans for design, materials, and details for the Parent Drop-off, <br />Entry Walkway, and Play Areas for the Child Care Facility around the Main Building. <br />Item No. 2: <br />Per request by Mike Clugston in the Planning Department, the Owners have retained the <br />services of John Rubenkonig, Landscape Architect, to address Planning Department concerns for the <br />Main Building. I will refer you to the submittal set as prepared by the Landscape Architect. <br />Item No. 3: <br />Revised Sheets A-4 and A-5, the Reflected Ceiling and Lighting Plans have been modified to <br />remove all existing 2 x 4 fluorescent fixtures and recessed incandescent can lights. They have been <br />replaced with recessed LED can lights for much more efficient energy use in the entire Main Building, <br />except for the Tenant Space (N.I.C.). Revised Energy Compliance forms have been resubmitted as well <br />which will confirm that the wattage used is well below the capacity of the existing electrical service for <br />lighting. <br />Previous revisions noted with Delta No. 1 are in response to requirements from the Fire Marshal, <br />John Westfall. <br />
