Sheet G-001 Call out Fire Alarm Permit requirement OR show new/existing detectors, notification appliances with electrical sheets. 2. Sheet G-002 For Code Plan purposes, show egress considerations from EXISTING CONDITIONS areas and label areas. 3. Show Occupant Load (key) information for all spaces. Although the occupancy classification (E) is not changing, the new occupancy types may require recalculation with different factors, e.g. classroom factor = 20, shops/vocational factor = 50, … See IFC Table 1004.1.2 4. Calculate F4 & F5 egress diagonal across both classroom spaces separated by collapsible partition. 5. Verify OL for H26. 6. Sheet G-002 / A-112 Spaces over 50 occupant load require second exits constructed to swing in the direction of egress travel. H10, H11, H14, H15, H20, H24, H30, & F5. 7. Call out min. 2A:10B:C rated portable fire extinguishers within 75’ travel distance throughout. 8. Sheet A-102 & A-120 It appears kiln will be removed but is not called out on demolition list. Clarify type of LAB H20. If chemistry lab, provide inventory of chemicals, maximum quantities, and storage details, or identify any other hazardous materials used and stored in this room. 12. Sheets A113 & A116 Show occupancy use for EXISTING CONDITIONS spaces. 13. Sheets A120, A-121, A-502 a. Note: Interior wall and ceiling finishes shall have a flame spread index not greater than that specified in IBC Table 803.5 for a non-sprinklered E occupancy. b. Note: Interior floor finish and floor covering materials shall be tested, labeled, and meet Class II minimum critical radiant flux for vertical exits, exit passageways, exit access corridors and comply with DOC FF01 “pill test” (CPSC 16 CFR, Part 1630) in all other areas. See IBC Section 804. 14. Sheet E-003 EH.A1 emergency lighting is identified. Provide key symbol and call out lighting locations in egress areas such as exit passageways, corridors, and aisles. 15.
