At the request of Edmonds School District and Bayley Construction, we are providing this updated closeout
letter for reroofing inspections performed at the Former Woodway High School project during the summer of
2018.
The scope of the reroofing project included installation of a new roof assembly after removal of the existing roof
membrane at buildings B1, B2, D, E, F, G and H. Fall protection anchors were installed at all buildings,
including buildings A and C.
Wetherholt and Associates, Inc. performed part time roofing inspection at the Former Woodway High School
project between June 25, 2018 and October 19, 2018. Forty-two (42) separate field reports were prepared, one
for each site visit, documenting observed progress and noted issues. To the best of our knowledge, the roofing
related work that we inspected was generally installed compliant with the project documents and manufacturer's
requirements.
