Section3.4,VolumeVofthe2005SWMMWW,providesamenuoftreatmentoptionfor dissolvedmetals.AsyoupointoutinyourNovember12,2014memorandum(fromNicole Hernandez,PEtoJerryShusterPE),abasicsandfiltervaultfollowedbyamediafilterwillmeet the2005SWMMWWrequirements.TheCitywouldapproveasystemthatjusthasasandfilter somedegreeofliabilitycoveragewithout vaultwithoutthemediafilter.Itwouldprovideuswith burdeningtheprojectwithexcessivecapitalorongoingmaintenancecosts.
