Dear Mr.Nordi,
'Ibis letter is to confirin the City will approve a variance to the restrictions in Edmonds City Code (L -CC)
5.30.1 CCM section (3), limiting days and hours of construction activity. 'The variance isbeing granted to
minimize the impact to commercial businesses and vehicle traffic: at the intersection of Ednionds, Way (SR -
104) and 100"' Ave.
The authorized night work is to repair the pavement damaged by PSFs gas main replacement project on
Edmonds Way (SR -104j and 100"' Ave, Final pavement restoration shall be completed on two consecutive
nights between the hours of 9pin and Sam. Work on 100"' Ave, north of the north entrance of QFC, can
begin after 8pin.
It is our understanding the work is scheduled for the nights of October 15"' and 16'''(weather dependent),
Please notify Jennifer Lambert as soon as possible, if the work has to be rescheduled due to weather.
