Dear Jennifer;
I am responding in letter form with references as noted to a Drawing Resubmittal, dated 28 August
2015 with all revisions noted by "cloud" and Revision Delta No. 1, in response to your initial comments
on behalf of the Engineering Division for the above referenced project. Thank you for sending my office
your comments in your email dated 10 August 2015.
Item No. 1:
The Traffic Impact Analysis was delivered to the City offices to Kristin Johns by hand delivery on
11 August 2015.
Please refer to the document identified as:
"Trike Stop Daycare Center - Trip Generation & Mitigation"
as prepared by Gibson Traffic Consultants, Everett, WA, and dated August 2015.
Item No. 2:
Sheet A-1: Please see the newly dimensioned, existing Entry Drive at the north end of the
property facing 100th Avenue W.
The Site Plan has also been modified to include a new Trash Enclosure as required by Public
Works and has been located where shown with Detail references noted for design and construction
details. Included in the layout was a modification in layout at the Parent Drop-off Area, which results in
a more logical alignment of curbed areas.
Existing, restricted driveway widths around the Infant Building for traffic circulation has
prompted my office to include new signage requirements and newly painted directional arrows in the
drive aisles to restrict traffic to one-way in a counter -clockwise direction around the Infant Building.
Please refer to new Site Development Notes on Sheet A-1, notes 16, 17, and 18 for new
signage and painted graphics requirements.
All changes are identified on the Drawings with revision "clouds" and Delta No. 1.
