The site plan shows the existing trash enclosure which is inadequate for screening any
type of current garbage and recycle service. Refer to Handout #E-37 (Garbage &
Recycle Collection Enclosure & Access Policy) for siting and sizing screened trash
enclosure.
The existing location and orientation would work. The appropriate minimum inside
finished dimensions would be 10’ deep by 12’ wide, making the gated portion 12’ clear
when gates are open.
