Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.
RESTORATION Restoration is to be in accordance with City codes. All street -cut trench work shall be patched with
asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

exempt from the noise limits of ECC Chapter 5.30 only during the hours of 7:OOam to 6:OOpm on

other times the noise originating from construction sites/activities must comply with the noise limits

WHO: City of Edmonds
WHAT: Ziply facilities are resting on top of two traffic lights, and must be raised.
WHERE: 1) Firdale Ave (100th Ave W) & 238th St SW, Edmonds — in the northbound lane of this
intersection near 23803 100th Ave W, Edmonds, WA 98020
2) Firdale Ave (1001h Ave W) & 220" St SW, Edmonds — in the southbound lane of
100th Ave W near 1160 Sea Vista PI, Edmonds, WA 98020
WHEN: ASAP
WHY: Ziply facilities are contacting a traffic light signal mast head, and a traffic light arm, at two
different locations, so they could become damaged. Edmonds has requested they be raised
immediately.
HOW: Line crew function should be sufficient. Protect facilities and seek to raise them. This
includes 200 and 100 pair copper cables, along with multiple fiber cables at the 238th St SW location.
Also 300 and 200 pair copper cables with a 216F cable at the 220t" St SW location.
