SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
March 31, 1994
The special meeting of the Edmonds City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Council
President John Nordquist at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Conference Room.

Steve Dwyer, Councilmember
Dave Earling, Councilmember
Michael W. Hall, Councilmember
Bill Kasper, Councilmember
Tom Petruzzi, Councilmember
Barbara Fahey, Councilmember

Brent Hunter, Personnel Manager
The special meeting was held for the purpose of interviewing the top three (3) candidates for the
vacant Police Chief position. The candidates interviewed were Robin Hickok, Thomas Miller and
Jon Walters.
At 9:40 p.m. the Council went into Executive Session to review qualifications of the candidates.
The Council adjourned from Executive Session at 9:55 p.m.
