Interview City Council Candidates
ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT
Tom Petruzzi, Council President
Barbara Fahey, Councilmember
Dave Earling, Councilmember
Michael W. Hall, Councilmember
William J. Kasper, Councilmember
John Nordquist, Councilmember
At 8: 00 A.M, Council President Petruzzi called the meeting to order.
Council President Petruzzi noted that the City Councilmembers will spend approximately 20
minutes with each candidate. Council President Petruzzi announced that a candidate, Diane J.
Duca, called the City Clerk's Office the day prior and withdrew her name from the list of
candidates.
The following candidates were interviewed by the City Council between the hours of 8: 00 A.M.,
and 1: 35 p. m
Alvin A. Rutledge
Kenneth B. Reid
Roger L. Myers
Jack S. Bevan
David J. Moore
Robert B. Koo
J. Tills
Ancil R. Potter
Jim L. White
Michael J. Huisman
Clay B. Siegall
George P. Basioli, who was scheduled to be interviewed at 12:15 p.m., did not appear for his
interview. Council President Petruzzi inquired if all applicants were aware of the meeting place.
Barb Mehlert, Council Assistant said the City Clerk had sent all candidatesconfirmation letters
as well as an individual telephone confirmation.
With no other business before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
