ORDINANCE NO. 3494 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, <br />WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />GIVING FINAL PRD APPROVAL TO EDMUNDS <br />HIGHLANDS, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9015 240TH ST <br />SW, EDMUNDS, WASHINGTON, AND FIXING A TIME <br />WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary plat and preliminary PRD approval was given to <br />Edmunds Highlands on December 22, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the hearing examiner's decision, incorporating the <br />recommendations of the staff, the Council concludes that all conditions of final PRD and final <br />plat approval have been met, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. A 5 -lot final subdivision plat and final PRD known as Edmunds <br />Highlands located at 9015 240" St. SW, Edmonds, Washington, are hereby finally approved. <br />The subject site is legally described on the attached Exhibit A, incorporated as fully as if herein <br />set forth. The site is zoned single family residential (RS -8) and such approval is given in <br />accordance with the hearing examiner's recommendation, incorporated by this reference as fully <br />as herein set forth and adopted as the findings and conclusions of the City Council.
