The roll call showed the fallowing Councilmen_ present: Chandler, Hareid, Gallahar, Clausen-, Martir_ and Jones. The minutes of the last meetir_g were read and ap- proved. The Treasurers report and the Water reverue collectors report for the month of October were read and ordered filed. The following bills were approved by the Finance Committe and or motion were ordered paid from the proper funds. The roll call showed the following Courcilmer present: Chandler, Callahan, Clausen, and Jones. The mirutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The Third Avenue L orth sewer came up for consideratior, having beer laid over at the last meeting of the Council. There being no objectiars to the improvement it was moved by Courcilmar. Chandler and seconded by Councilmar Oallahar that the City Attorney draw up a Resolution declaring the Councils intention to cor- struct a sewer system on the Wt side. of Third Avenue l.orth. The vote was as follows:- Chandler yes, Callahan yes, Clausen yes, Jones yes, Carried byunarimous vote of the Councilmen preset. The Mayor called the attentior of the Council to the fact that there were same extra street lights needed. Or motion the Cots;cil desided to place ore at the comer of Seventh and Glerr`Streets, and one` or Dayton street just east of. the Great l ortherr Raliway tracts. After debating the question for some time the Courcil or motior decid- ed to lay 800 feet or Fifth Arerue Suuth by day labor. And instructed the Water Superintendent to proceed with the work.
