All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / City Departments / Public Works/ Engineering Division: Please revise site plan to include the items listed below. See example attached. 1. Is the existing porch to be covered an impervious surface? Please note on plans. 2. Please add note to site plan “Erosion and sediment control installed per City of Edmonds Standards”. 3. Does the existing roofline drainage go to splashblock or tightline? Please note on plans. 4. The impervious surface calculations must include the roofline (including eves) on all structures, and any area that is paved, concrete, gravel, pavers etc. Please show all impervious surface on site plan. Add date constructed and total square footage to each area (see example). 5. Please add note to site plan “All disturbed areas will be compost amended”. 6. If there is a concrete or other impervious surface under the uncovered deck, then it is considered impervious. Please revise if this is the case. 7. Please label the area between the porch and the proposed deck. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
