Attached please find a revised drainage plan and engineering for the property located at\041 Sprague Street,
Edmonds. 1n review, we were laying out the first proposal of our drainage system and realized that we don't
enough elevation drop from out finished grade to where we need to tie into the city storm. We -only -have -about
17" total drop to deal with which makes getting our 24" pipe in there with cover impossible. We are now
proposing a pump system. Please see attached drawings. Please let me know if you will require any changes to
this system and 1 will get them to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Dear Ms.Pelling:
City crews have determined that a defective gasket on the customers meter setter was the
responsibility of the City of Edmonds Water Department. Crews repaired this on March 5,
1996.
In review of this account history it appears this has been going on since December 19,
1996 until present. Please make corrections to this account at 1041 Sprague Street to
reflect the consumption of December through February billing based on 1995
consumption. Anything in excess of the average consumption should be taken off the
customers bill and a credit issued.
