Upon our moving on June 8th we noted the posted " PENDING DECISIONS" advising of a request to place a_business office for a home heating company at the residence of 1.045 "C" Avenue with certainn limitations. Our clear Title and the real estate agents of Page as the listing agent and McPherson as the selling agent describes this area as residential only. We strongly object to any business related approval for this area for the following reasons; 1.. The limitations posted are unenforceable. 2. The described property access is by an alley between 9th Ave and "C" Ave that is one lane only. 3. Although it does not exist it is possible to build an access road from "C" Ave. 4. Parking on the west side of "C" Ave limits the street between Pine and Fir to one lane. 5. There are no sidewalks on either the alley or "C" Ave. 6. Traffic to and from any business establishment even with the good intentions of the owners cannot be controlled. 7. Engineering studies should be conducted on the two streets involved before any decision is reached. This is to advise you that we wish to retain the residential integrity of the area and respectfully hope to avoid any litigation to preserve our investment.
