the 'installation, operation and maintenance of a pedestrian walkway over, across and through the following described
property, and the further right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the
location, construction and maintenance of said pedestrian walkway, together with the, right of access to the easement
at:any time for the stated purpose,
The easement hereby granted is located in the COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, and is more particularly described as follows:
