Dear Mr. Miori:
Our site visit this week to 1055 - 7th Avenue South at the intersection
of Fir Street and 7th Avenue South concurs with your request to remove
an Altas Cedar tree. The tree is quite large and has grown severely
into the utility line. Because of the close proximity to the overhead
wires, removing only tree limbs would significantly disfigure the tree
and cause more problems in the future. Therefore, you have permission
to completely remove the tree.
Please make any necessary arrangements with the property owner prior to
removal work.
