The irrigation/sprinkler system installed at the above address has not
been inspected or tested per City and State codes regarding water
cross -connections.
Please contact the Water Department regarding inspection of the
backflow prevention device. Also contact a state certified tester to
perform the required test on this device in the sprinkler system. You
or the tester must forward the completed test report to the Water
Department. Attached is a list of certified testers you may contact.
Please respond within 30 days as noncompliance is grounds for
termination of water service.

Dear Mr. Hopper:
It has been determined that the use of reinforced spread .
footings designed by a Registered Structural Engineer can be
considered as an acceptable foundation base for the curtain
walls.
The -soil log study on proposed Lot 39 Seamountain Estates has
shown that a possibility exists for the use of reinforced spread
footings as a foundation base for the curtain walls of any
building proposed an this lot. The footing and curtain wall
unit will need to be designed by a Registered Structural or
Civil Engineer in the State of Washington. The study also
determined that the average soil loading capacity if at 1800
PSI.
