After investigating the complaint, I noticed that the driveway drain in front of your new garage drains to open ground and no gutters and down spouts were noted on the garage. The City Code requires that water from impervious surfaces be contained or controlled. Because the area involved is small, gutters and down spouts with splash blocks are required on the garage. The water.from the driveway drain needs to be sent into a dry well system or gravel bed. In order to keep the erosion to a minimum on your property and water and mud off of the adjacent property, corrective action needs to be taken.
