The City of Edmonds and the Town of Woodway have been working towards
the City of Edmonds to do the billing.for both water and sewer
services. I do apologize for the inconvenience which you have had. As
soon as the details are complete, the City of Edmonds will reimburse
any refunds or overpayments for sewer services. You will be paying the
same amount as all other residents.
At the present time,.I anticipate the billing for December 20, 1989
will be done by the City of Edmonds. Your patience has been much
appreciated and I will keep you informed as to the date expected or any
changes.

Al Hendricks and I have agreed to have the City of Edmonds do the
billing of the accounts noted above. We will start this on the next
possible billing date. The City will send you the $7.20 per account
each billing period for the pumping service. As agreed, the City will
reimburse these accounts for over billing by both utilities.
Please call Ilene Larson, Utility Billing Clerk, and let her know the
dates when you will stop billing and the necessary date to start
billing through the City of Edmonds.
