Man who recently moved in to-1120 2nd Ave. S. .called and complained that he is being bille $12/mo by City of Woodway-.and $10/mo`by City of Edmonds for sewer charge. In checking with Ilene, the $10 will.'go to $28/mo as soon as she receives copy of sewer permit. Three houses, 1.118, 1120.& 1122 2nd Ave. S. connected to Woodway sewer although they are within Edmonds City limits because of creek in back of property. Builder paid $650 Woodway .charge .and, theme is a letter in file from Bob Alberts to Mayor Wood acknowledging that these 3 houses will pay Woodway monthly sewer charges. Peter.Hahn feels that some charge must be made for Edmonds; i.e.., a percentage of the $28 that pertains to Treatment Plant, but a total billing of $28 on top of the $12/mo for Woodway doesn't seem right..
