I got into the habit of reading JU water meter every 2 months at the same time
I'last" read by city water meter readers .. because years ago a large mistake was made
on my "use" for one 2-auo. period ....
Therefore, I can verify your readings of my meter on 12/10/87 as 562,_ and
2/10/88 as (also) 562.- as being correct. ...
,.so I assume you charge a MINIMUM of 8.38 for water, even if NOT used ??
0o and a charge of $ .48 "surcharge" o. if no use; ??
.. and a charge of $14.91 "sewer" .. if no use of sewer ??
..g. I have tiffused my sewer since 1975s continuously, and not at all ... the city,
when this place and one south of mine were built in o59.6o, made ONE sewer connection
forMY place AND neighbor next to me (south). IBIS serer line runs along my S. property
line - (HIs N. property line) along the joint property line; ICY sewer runs from my
house diagoally across rgy property and joins my neighbor 9 s sewer line, dorm to some
feet above the parking strip ( "city property" ). True this saved builder and city
some expense, but had been nothing but trouble for me. I've dug it up once. My neighbor
has never had any problems with his _sewer ., there have been several in their housAn..le);
since 171, I've been alone here.•.e practically no use of sewer � before-t75�► =�
On top of all that, I've happened to see the city on three occasions shovelling
duct off street that was washed off A1'Y propert by some drain of and by my S. neighbor.
Since I don't know you folks, there's nothing "personal" in this...
