Ms. Clouston,
After an inspection at the subject address, the only deficiency
remaining is to raise the extruded curb that has settled. As I
explained in our telephone conversation, the height of the curb to
asphalt is only two (2) inches and needs to be approximately five (5)
inches, otherwise, the risk of cars going over the curbing is greatly
increased.
As soon as the settled portion of the extruded curb is replaced, the
maintenance bond will be released.
