The invert elevations show about seven feet of difference, but the slope is listed at 0.05%. . • A cleanout gate is recommended for the control structure. • Include the attached BMP note per ECDC 18.30. • Note 1 in the Construction Sequence should be to arrange a preconstruction meeting with the Engineering Inspector. The purpose of the Checklist is to enable City staff to determine whether any potential Critical Areas are, or may be, present on the subject property. The information needed to complete the Checklist should be easily available from observations of the site or data available at City Hall (Critical Areas inventories, maps, or soil surveys).
