MAYOR
The house is presently on a septic tank due to the elevation
of the sewer.
Our policy is to require connection to the sanitary sewer if
you are within 200 feet. Since this residence is adequately served
by a septic tank and would require a pump to connect to the City
sewer, we will allow you to continue to use the septic tank for
a period of 3 years or until the drain field fails, whichever
occurs first.
