HALL MAYOR The City of Edmonds crews have identified a problem accessing the sanitary sewer . manhole located in the southeast corner of your property. Crews indicate that a compost pile is located in this vicinity which is covering the lid and hindering quick access to this line.. It is part of the city's yearly maintenance program to inspect these manholes twice each year to identify any possible problems that may exists. Please remove this debris from this area within the next two weeks to allow quick access for crews in case of an emergency. Your prompt compliance would .be appreciated in this matter. City crews will be inspecting this area in the near future. At this time, it will be noted that the debris should be clear. If not cleared, the city will, remove this debris and bill the owner for labor cost.
