Ok, we had two different projects in the conversation - BLD20090283 is Gina Coccia's. That project is the
one with a reasonable accommodation request.
With respect to BLD20090040, which is also a carport replacement and new porch (Wall, 1250 Coronado
Place), I looked through the permit materials and did locate a reduced site plan. As far as setbacks go,
those are indicated incorrectly on the site plan and so the plan must be updated with accurate RS-8
setbacks (25', 7.5' and 15') before I can continue review on that permit.

Terry,
You mentioned BLD-09-0040 in your voicemail - the Wall remodel at 1250 Coronado Place - is that
correct? As far as a reasonable accommodation approval, I haven't seen the doctor's letter and
there isn't a reasonable accommodation review linked to 1250 Coronado or BLD-09-0040. If you
have another copy of the doctor's letter, please send it along with a reasonable accommodation
request (cover letter), the $130 fee, and APO list and I will get that review going. Without an
approved reasonable accommodation, I can't approve the building permit.

Hi Mike,
We submitted a letter from the clients doctor validating the need at the time of submittal as
we were requested to do, is there something else that is required, did you get a copy of the
letter? This is also a different project than that which was submitted in February, you may be
getting them confused.

got your voicemail yesterday about the above building permit but wanted to respond by
email. When I reviewed the project back in February, I did not know that there was an issue
of Reasonable Accommodation involved. If that is the case, please submit a written request
for accommodation to my attention based on the requirements of ECDC Chapter 17.05
(http://www.mrsc.org/mc/edmonds/edmondsl7/edmondsl7O5.html#17.05). Include any
supporting documentation including a doctor's recommendation or the like. Also, please
include a current APO list for the neighbors within 300' so that we may notify them of the
accommodation(http_.//www.ci.edmonds.wa.us/P.u.blic_H_andouts/Plannin.g/P2 AEO.pdf).
There is a $130 fee for review of the request and the request will be assigned its own project
number that will associated with the building permit.
