The enclosed site drainage proposal is submitted -primarily to
solve the water run-off from lot #54. The proposal is to col-
lect roof and exterior concrete deck water run-off into down
spouts that already exist and deck drains that already exist
and drain them into the 12" storm line along Main Street.
The sizes of the drain lines as indicated on the proposal draw-
ing are in excess of those required for lot #54 only. The in-
creased sizes will allow the addition of both lots #53 & #55 in
to the system should the owners of those two adjoining lots de-
cide to share in the use and the cost of this proposed system.
Resolution of these adjoining lots #53 & #55 individual site
drainage problems will be handled in the .future when such de-
cisions become necessary due to future building.
The estimated cost of this system is approximately $2,750.001
two thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars.
Your earliest reply to this proposal will be greatly appreciated
so that we may continue with our plans. I believe, in the final
analysis _of costs, appearance and maintenance to be -a better
overall system than that of detention ponding, and will allow the
residents of this area to use''the storm facility as intended.
