Dear Mr. Bodine:
In reference to your construction of a sanitary sewer
extension from Edmonds Way to serve your property, it was felt'

a that it would be in the best interest to stipulate a length of
time to complete the turn over of the line to the City, or accept
the required charges keeping the line as a private sewer. How-
ever, in the mean time three hook-ups have been made to this line
without hook-up payments to the City. An inordinate amount of

time has passed in which you could have prepare d the necessary

documents to complete the turn over of the line to the City. We

now feel it is not in the public interest to allow this matter
to continue for an indefinite period. We are obligated by
ordinances, regulations, and policies of the City to require hook-.

ups for the protection and the health of the public. It is,
therefore, directed that you accompl O ono ;of the below described
options on or before February 28, 1973:�-
4.
1. Remit to the City the required connection charges,
unit charges, and side sewer permit fees in'aacordance
with City Ordinance.
2. Submit a satisfactory agreement to the City turning
the ownership of the 8-inch sewer to the City; also,
included would be all necessary easements, an as -built r
' plan, unit charges and side sewer permit fees per City
Ordinance.
Your decision and action on this matter is solicited
