Tl-e areas needing repair have been marked in paint on the sidewalk adjoining your property. Reconstruction and repair of these sidewalks must be completed on or before September 1, 1981. In the event improvements are not completed within the above specified time, the City will, perform and complete the improvements at-. the expense 'of the abutting property owner. This action is in response to many citizen requests and pedestrian falling accidents which have been increasing in recent years as a result of sidewalk deterioration and increased pedestrian traffic.
