The main concern on this matter was the control of an apparent spring on the Becker property. A plastic drain has been constructed tying into a'ditch leading to piping in existence on the Salisbury and Burril.l properties. Subject to routine maintenance, the system. should handle the water problem. It is my understanding that Harry Whi.tcutt talked to Mr. Salisbury and he,is satisfied with the installation. Dick Allen also talked with Airs. Burrill.and she is satisfied with the system.
