After we reviewed_ the subject permits I was told that the following permits were ready for inspection. 7TOO - 156th St. S.W. 370 7124 - 156th St. S.W. 371 °r So, I made inspection of those systems. In regards to Permit No. 370, the - entire drainfield had already been covered and had never been inspected by the City and is not approved. Also, Permit No. 371 is not approved and corrections are:trequired. I then contacted the developer to inquire as to the corrections status. On 4/8/76, I met with the.utility installer at the job sites to indicate the corrections to be made. The corrections are under way at this time and will be ready for inspection on 4/9/76.
