I am returning your application for installation of on -site
sewage disposal for the above properties.
Mr. Campbell agreed to not start construction on these
properties before June 1, 1981. And, we agreed that ff a public
sanitary sewer system is not installed prior to construction
that we would not oppose the use of on -site disposal systems,
It would-be a waste of your time to design and our time
to check a design of a system which conceivably will never be
required.
