Russ Johnson was in last week concerning problems with the subject
address. To rectify the problem, he requested that the address of
15931 - 72nd P1. W. be changed to 16009 North Meadowdale Road. I
believe the property was originally addressed off of North
Meadowdale Road.
I understand Russ has been in the office a couple of times to get the
address changed. The service address in Utility Billing is addressed
is Meadowdale
- 72nd P1. W., while the bill is actually sent to 16009 North
Meadowdale Road. Ilene in Utility Billing is unable to change the
account records until she receives address change approval from you.
