A recent review of addressing in your area has resulted in a change of
address to several residences, and brought to the City's attention that
your address of 16105 1/2 N. Meadowdale Road is not consistent with
either City addressing policies or the County addressing grid. It is
City addressing policy not to approve "1/2" designations, and, if in
use, we try to correct by assigning a new address. We realize this may
cause some inconvenience, but it is important that addressing be as
correct as possible --particularly in cases of an emergency.
Therefore, your address has been changed from 16105 1/2 N. Meadowdale
Road to 16109 N. Meadowdale Road. It is not possible to just drop
the "1/2" designation, as another residence, addressed as 16105 N.
Meadowdale Rd, has undergone address change and your mail could
possibly go to the other parties old address for up to a year.
The City will notify all applicable City departments of the change. It
will be your responsibility to notify all others, including the Post
Office, and post new house address numbers within 10 days of receipt of
this letter.
