The Engineering Division has included a drawing indicating the loca- tion of the proposed 8" sewer and manhole, in the requested ease- ment. The City will schedule at the same time the installation of drainage pipe along the front of your property. The City policy in these situations is that if the homeowner pays for and has the pipe delivered to the site, the City will pick up the costs of installation. Disruption to the normal use of _your driveway during the installation of drainage and sewer pipe will be limited to a maximum of one working day. To obtain an estimate of your costs for the 135 feet of 12" plainend concrete culvert pipe, call Everett Concrete Products, 259-0128, or Associated Sand and Gravel Company, 355-2511.
