Mr. Michael DeNoma of 17103 - 68th Ave. W. is experiencing difficulties with
his septic tank system. The toilet does not flush properly and sewage is
boiling out of the ground. This property is in the subject L.I.D. and the
sewer line has been accepted for the portion that would serve that property.
Please issue the standard side sewer permit to his contractor subject to
the normal fees and regulations.
