This permit should come in Friday or next week. Please route it through Fire as well as there is a hydrant
involved. The City may want the portion of the fence in the ROW and around the hydrant removed ASAP rather
than just before the permit's expiration.

1) Called and left message on voice machine, 12-5-91.
2) Had Everett Akau leave door hanger on above address to call me,
12-5-91.
3) Called and left a message regarding blocked M/H on easement, also
left work and home phone numbers and work hours, 12-6-91�
4) Had #74 re -check door hangLr and put new one on if old one was
missing, 12-6-91.
5) Colleen called 12-6-91 and said Ken was out of town and would
be back on Monday, 12-9-91 and would leave message.
6) Contacted Mrs. Killian on 12-9-91 and she said shed will be moved
as soon as possible. I told.her within 30 days or a letter would
be sent.
7) Talked to Mr. Killian on 12-9-91 at 3 o'clock. He said he did
not want to move the shed and would only do it when we were going
to pull the M/H. I responded that we needed the M/H cleared at
all times and that we had an easement to state that. He hung up.
I'then decided to start the process of legal proceeding by
notifying by letter.
