Work is to be inspected. Restoration to be in accordance with City Code. Traffic Control to be in accordance with Traffic
Section of City Code. Street to be kept clean at all times. A 24 - hour notice is required for inspection by Engineering. Call

Reference is made to your letter of November 7, regarding
a high meter reading. I have had Archie Brena, the Water/Sewer
Supervisor, investigate your account and could.find nothing to
justify lowering your bill. The meter was tested and -found to
be working satisfactorily. Since you stated how well you do in
conserving around the home, I would be surprised also at a high
reading.
Unless there is a justified reason, I cannot lower your
account. If you have any questions, please contact Archie Brena

I have investigated your request for an adjustment
on your water bill and recommend that a credit of $48.74
be allowed which is half of your original bill. I have
checked with Bobby Mills, Acting Superintendent of Public
Works, as to what could have happened to create this
unusual bill, and I must say there is no logical cause.
We feel the customer deserves the right to be heard,
and this is a good example of what can be worked out if
we allow the customer to 'state their side.
We want to thank you for your assistance and help in
resolving this situation. Please feel free to call if we
can be of help in the future.
