development of your property?
Wet area in property to north is best drained through subject property
along lot line as shown on short subdivision map. Reference is made to
S-47-79
2. How does your property differ from other property in the same
vicinity?
Optimum building sites and turnaround area are located with careful attention
being given to wet areas both on site and on adjoining properties.
3. Will this variance be detrimental to the public or damaging to
other property or improvements in the vicinity?
No, in fact approval of this variance will prevent crowding 3 (three)
12,000 sq. ft. lots into the area west of the 35' penetration limit and
will permit development of 2 of the lots substantially larger than 12,000
sq. ft.
4. What hardships will result to you if the variance is not granted?
Will these hardships have been caused by your own action?
Poor placement of building sites and drainage structures will result in un-
