20 installation of sanitary and/or storm sewers and all necessary
21 appurtenances and related work necessary to make a complete improve-
22 ment and more particularly said easement being described as follows:

The northerly 10 feet of the easterly 235 feet, together with
24 the northerly 15 feet of the westerly 42.93 feet of said Lct 33, . do -
scribed below; also a 10 foot strip 5 feet on each side of and
25 adjacent to the following described canterline. Beginning at a
point on the line common to lots 32 & 33 in said Plat Of Talbot
26 Park, said point being 250 feet westerly of the northeast corner of
said Lot 331 thencesoutherly in a straight line,'120 feet, more
27 Or 168B, to a point on the southerly line of Lot 33, said point
being 245 feet westerly of the southeast cornet thereof, All
28 situate in the following described property.

2. That the City of Edmonds, a municipal corporation, the

petitioner herein, be ordered to pay into the registry of the Court

sum of One Thousand Two Hundred and no/100 ($1,200) Dollars, said

sum representing payment in full for the taking, damaging or other-

wise appropriating the ibove-described sanitary sewer easement and

in addition thereto said sum representing satisfaction in full of

all costs of whatever nature taxable against the petitioner by

I storm sewer purposes, and having found therefrom that the damages,
2 including the value of the permanent sanitary and/or storm sewer
3 easement being acquired herein, resulting to all persons and parties
4 interested therein by reason of such appropriation, and including
3 respondents' statutory costs are, in accordance with the finding of
6 the Court, in the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred and no/100 ($1,200)
7 Dollars, -as a proper amount and award.to be paid by the petitioner
